Mac & Cheese (From Frozen)

We’ve been serving up our “World’s Best” Mac & Cheese for almost 20 years and in that time, we’ve solidly landed with the opinion that you can pair it with anything. From favorite vegetables to favorite proteins, and even with seasonings that may feel unconventional, we rarely meet a mac that we don’t instantly love.

And now we’re inspired to bring our years of “research” (that’s our story and we’re sticking to it!) to you so you can embellish your mac with these one-pot meal that feels like so much more.

Because – creamy, cheesy goodness is what we live for… but cheesy creamy goodness that you get to make your own?

How To Select: We have curated a range of embellished “World’s Best” Mac & Cheese recipes for you to get started with. These recipes taste a like a fancy night out, but they’re really a quick and easy night in. Not only do you start with our crowd-pleaser “World’s Best” Mac & Cheese baked according to its cooking instructions, but most of these recipes are as easy as chopping up one or two items, mixing them in, and then baking just a few minutes more. Note: The level of time commitment and cost of ingredients range. We encourage you to consider the estimated preparation and cooking time, plus the ingredients list prior to choosing a recipe.
What To Prepare: Whether it’s for a night in, a family dinner, or a date night, you never know when one of these recipes will come in handy! This one hit us like a freight train in our test kitchen. The addition of curried onions and cauliflower make for a truly new and inventive spin on our all-time favorite “World’s Best” Mac & Cheese. At first, we weren’t quite sure how this one was going to turn out, but after a taste test, we were all in agreement that this is a no-fail combination: sharp Flagship cheese with curry spice and fragrant cauliflower. Kale and Mama Lil's Mac & Cheese

Okay – if you’ve never tried Mama Lil’s Sweet Peppers before, you are definitely missing out. Mama Lil’s is a crowd favorite here at Beecher’s and they’re a staple of the Northwest, but sweet pickled peppers in any form are one of the most fun Mac & Cheese add-ons you'll come across. We actually have a Chicken and Mama Lil’s Peppers grilled cheese sandwich in our retail locations, and we must say - it's worth a try. This mac and cheese is a force to be reckoned with - you won't even be able to tell you're eating your daily dose of kale!

"In Napoli, where love is king..." This pesto recipe is one "Mombo Italiano" flavor married perfectly to our robust Flagship sauce. Pesto fusilli alla scilliana, LOOK OUT. This is a meal all on its own, a savory force to be reckoned with. If you love pesto and love cheese - you struck gold because this is the easiest and tastiest combination of the two you'll find!

Red Fresno Sriracha Mac & Cheese

A Beecher's favorite! This Red Fresno Sriracha sauce is a Kurt Beecher Dammeier recipe, but is made daily and used at our Seattle steakhouse, The Butcher’s Table, as an accompaniment to our Mishima Reserve American Wagyu steaks. We decided to try this one because, from time to time at the restaurant, we see people dipping their mac into the sriracha… Okay, we admit it… it's us. We’re "people." Soooo, can you blame us when we decided to mix it in? You NEED to try it and find out for yourself!
