On November 20, 2003, Beecher’s Handmade Cheese opened its doors to the public and became the only artisan cheesemaker in the city of Seattle. Today, we continue to make award-winning artisan cheese and have expanded into entrees and side dishes, soups, crackers, and more – always making sure our new deliciousness lives up to our “World’s Best” standards.

While we hold strong in our promise to only use ingredients we trust, are proud of, and would eat ourselves – we continue to move the needle in what we expect from ourselves, and what you bring into your home.
