Cinnamon Sugar Butter adds a warm, caramelized crunch to the bread, while sweet, crisp, and juicy SugarBee® apples—known for their honey, caramel, and molasses notes—pair beautifully with the melty blend of Just Jack and Flagship cheese. Cooking and Serving Tips
Low and slow is the key to success here. Cooking the sandwiches gently allows the Cinnamon Sugar Butter to toast without burning and gives the cheese time to melt completely, while the SugarBee® apples soften just enough to highlight their natural sweetness. Covering the pan helps trap heat and ensures an even, gooey center. Instructions
Make the Cinnamon Sugar Butter
In a small bowl, combine the soft butter, salt, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Mash with a fork or spatula until smooth and fully combined. Set aside.
Season the Apples
Toss the apple slices with the remaining 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Set aside
Assemble the Sandwiches
Spread the Cinnamon Sugar Butter on one side of each slice of bread. On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer Just Jack, Flagship, and the seasoned apples.

Cook the Sandwiches
Heat a skillet over low heat. Cook sandwiches for 4–6 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted. Cover the pan if needed to help the cheese melt. Remove from the pan, slice in half, and enjoy warm!
