We think it’s your turn to bring the showstopper to dinner party – and have fun while doing it!
Welcome to side dish heaven – where everything is full-flavored, and made of real ingredients you feel good about eating AND sharing with others. From breakfast to dinner – we’ve got you covered… just take your pick!
Most of our sides are very versatile – meaning that they would work well with almost any main dish (although, we tend to prefer a nice Mishima Reserve American Wagyu Steak). But – that’s besides the point.
How To Select: Selecting your side is all about starting with your main element and figuring out what it would pair well with. It can also depend on who you are cooking for – are you headed to a fancy dinner party or a kid’s birthday party?
Do you need a brighter and lighter side like our Roasted Delicata, Chanterelles, and Flagship Reserve, or do you want to be the kids’ MVP by bringing Beecher’s Hassleback Potatoes Gratin to the party?
The choice is up to you – but the best part is that there’s no wrong one!
Before deciding on a recipe, make sure to take at both the ingredients needed, and the preparation instructions. Some recipes will require different equipment that you may not have on hand – food processor, pie tin, slicer, etc.
Some recipes may be do-able in the moment, and some may require a little shopping first.
It’s also a good idea to consider how much time you have, and how much time it will take to not only prep the recipe, but bake it off, and let it cool. Take all aspects into account, as they are all important and all contribute to the way your dish turns out.
