Our tasty spin on Mexican street corn!
This side dish features the creaminess of a Flagship cheese sauce on top of the snap and sweetness of corn, with a little heat from serrano peppers. The bite is rounded out with lime and a dusting of traditional Cotija cheese.
Corn, roasted red onion, milk (vitamin D3 added), Cotija cheese (pasteurized cow’s milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), green onion, cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, culture, enzymes), red bell pepper, jack cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, culture, enzymes), water, serrano pepper, cilantro, rice starch, butter (cream, salt), crystallized lime (citric acid, natural lime flavor [maltodextrin, sugar, lime oil, lime juice concentrate]), salt, chipotle puree (red chile, water, chipotles [smoked red jalapeño], apple cider vinegar, lime juice, rice flour, sea salt, garlic, onion, honey, rosemary, thyme, sage, bay leaves), rice flour, dehydrated garlic, parsley.

Ovens vary; cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to bake.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut a 2-inch slit in film. Place pan on baking sheet and bake on middle rack for 40 minutes. Remove film and stir gently. Return to oven and continue to bake for 10 minutes or until product has reached 165°F. Remove from oven; contents will be very hot. Let set up to 5 minutes before serving.
